Refund Eligibility
Service charges are refundable only if the service has not been initiated. Once processing begins, refunds are not available.
Government Fees
Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable as per government policies.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 24 hours of payment with your booking number. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed or are in progress. Subscription plan refunds are prorated for unused months.
